Lely Country Club Property Owners Association

Established in March of 1985, the Lely Country Club Property Owners Association (LCCPOA) serves as a means of meeting the intents and purposes of our community’s protective covenants. Appointed to oversee the application of all recorded instruments applicable to the community, the LCCPOA Board of Directors is made up of dedicated resident volunteers who offer their services for free. The goal of the Board of Directors is always the preservation of property value and protection of the quality of the community.

Any resident in good standing of Lely Country Club is eligible to run for a board position. Residents who would like to serve in a non-board position are invited to participate in one of several committees, including the architectural review committee, the compliance committee, the hearing committee (addressing compliance issues), or the landscaping committee. To participate, send an email to Philippe Gabart pgabart@resortgroupinc.com at Resort Management.

Lely Country Club’s history is as rich as the Paradise Coast that we’ve all come to call home-whether we’re here year-round or only for the season. And as we continue to work together to protect our own piece of Paradise, we can ensure an even brighter future for ourselves and for our community.
