A well-funded Reserve of $141,000+ as of end of October 2025. Yearly dues will increase to $240.00 which is $15.00 more than 2025. Major drivers for the 2026 Budget were an increase in almost all categories, such as Administrative, Maintenance & Repairs and additional funds to be added to our Reserve Fund in 2026 (+$5,000). We are going to update the 4 Monuments and our landscaping on the medians of both St. Andrews and Augusta Blvds. As for the Collier County Sewer and Water Project, we have been advised that this project will probably not begin until the 2028/2029 timeframe.
